Returns & Delivery Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days via Courier or Royal Mail services, as appropriate. For particularly large orders, delays may occur before dispatch. All delivery is free to mainland UK. If you have a very specific request then email us on email@example.com to discuss your order through. If you have any queries on our delivery policy then please do not hesitate to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order should you wish to cancel or make an amend to an order. After 24 hours of placing an order please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Returns & Refund Policy
As each piece is made to order, Bertie & Jack cannot offer returns or refunds on non-faulty items. If an item reaches you in a faulty condition, please email email@example.com with details, along with a digital photograph of the item.

We do not store any customer details except for name and email addresses. No financial details are stored on our site.
